The 4K UHD Blu-ray player UDP800 is equipped with a professional quad-core Media Tek MT8581 video chip, offering top-notch decoding and image processing technology with support for 4K ultra HD and HDR, including Dolby Vision and HDR10+, providing stunning brightness, high contrast, and beautiful rich colors. The UDP800 can upscale low-resolution video sources to 4K 50/60 Hz (3840 x 2160) in absolutely reference quality compared to standard Blu-ray players.

The UDP800 player also caters to high-end stereo and multichannel reproduction enthusiasts, with a specially designed robust chassis and organized internal construction (the power supply including the CD mechanism are independently shielded) with a specific 4-layer PCB, where each channel has independent wiring. Two independent Burr-Brown PCM 1795 DACs are used for two-channel reproduction, each processing the left and right channels separately, bringing uncompromising sound quality in its category.
