KEF introduces its revolutionary META technology (Metamaterial Absorption Technology) to the popular Q series. Along with other improvements derived from reference models, it pushes the boundaries of premium sound at an affordable price. The Q series has been fine-tuned with the latest 12th-generation Uni-Q drivers and an entirely new crossover design, which enhances response and delivers a more natural and detailed sound.

The most significant advancement in the new Q series is the award-winning META technology, which elevates the overall performance of the 12th-generation Uni-Q drivers to new levels of accuracy, clarity, and detail, ensuring a more natural acoustic presentation. The Uni-Q drivers have been redesigned to maximize the performance gains enabled by the META technology. Lower distortion in the tweeter is achieved through the combination of the MAT absorber and a rear chamber enlarged by 250%, reducing acoustic pressure and allowing for more linear performance.

Thanks to the new driver design and the enhanced Flared port, the Q series delivers cleaner and more controlled bass. With these innovations, the new Q series sounds more transparent and lively than ever before.
