Preamplifiers
Phono preamplifiers are used for the proper transmission of analog sound from LP records. Many turntables (primarily from the more affordable ranges) or integrated amplifiers already include this preamplifier either as a fully integrated component or in the form of a prepared slot for inserting a separate module. For the best possible experience, however, the best solution is to use an external phono preamplifier, which has its own power supply, adjustable gain, and impedance, primarily required by high-end MC cartridges.
