We operate an e-shop on the website www.p-t.store
To provide product sales and operate our website, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is mainly governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: name, surname, email, address, phone
Why?
We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding the goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiation, or measures taken before entering into a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no more than 15 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you purchase from us, we will work with the information you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, phone, email
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service provision and then 15 years from the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not object to it during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our news.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you objected to it during the purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
15 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at: matej.kratochvil@perfectsoundgroup.cz
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other people who help us run our e-shop will get access to the data because they assist us with our e-shop operations. These are:
· Shoptet e-shop platform provider (Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, IČ 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 25 395)
· Companies involved in shipping goods Zásilkovna, DPD
· Companies involved in payment processing GoPay, banking institution
· Email service provider: on request
· Marketing agency: on request
We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else should you know?
We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer in our company.
We do not engage in decision-making based on automatic processing or profiling in our company.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or take your claims to court.
